For their professional project or dissertation in their final year of Music Technology at Kingston University, niemba produced their own EP, which includes lead single "Cherry". They wrote all of their own lyrics, recorded vocals with an SM57 mic at Kingston Hill's Lodge Studio in May and June of 2023.
